
1. Can I have a virtual tour of a home if I don't have a personal web site?
YES! If you utilize the MLS web site, you simply have to enter the URL of the virtual tour. When an URL is entered, the icon that accompanies your listing becomes active. When a buyer is looking at your property for sale they will see that this listing has a virtual tour. When the link is clicked on, a window will pop up identical to the example on this web site. We will provide you with the URL to enter on the MLS web site. If you do not utilize the MLS web site it is still possible to have a virtual tour. To view the tour, it's as simple as typing the URL in the address of your address bar of your favorite web browser.

2. Can the colors be changed in the example template?
YES, by all means! You can choose any colors you wish. When we meet at the home you require photographed you will be presented with a form to choose your colors. If you're unsure about the colors you want, you may be best off going with the colors of the company you work for? 3. What is a custom designed virtual tour display template?
A custom template is a unique graphic interface designed for your virtual tour. If you're looking for a distinct identity or simply wish to add some "pizzazz" to your virtual tour, a custom template may be just what you're looking for!
4. Do I have to pay for the custom template for each virtual tour?
GOODNESS NO! Once we have your custom template designed, we will use it with all your virtual tours at NO additional cost!
5. Can I get a deal on a virtual tour?
10 or more prepaid orders receive a 10% discount. Prepaid orders must be used within one year of purchase date.
6. Can your equipment display ceiling features?
YES. Our panoramic camera equipment is capable of shooting as high as 75° above the horizon. What this means is if you wish to have a 12' vaulted ceiling shown, our equipment can capture all but a 6' diameter area on the ceiling (if the camera was positioned 4' from the floor).
7. What is a hotspot?
Hotspots are an alternative method of navigating through the virtual tour. When hotspots are displayed, the viewer will see a red target to click on to take them to another area of the home.
8. Why do you charge $3 for a hotspot?
Hotspots take time to implement into a panoramic photo. The panoramic image must be opened in a graphic editor, the x,y coordinates must be determined, the x,y coordinates must be converted to a percentage, a special parameter must be written to the applet, then it must be tested.
9. Can you do my virtual your today?
Likely not, however please feel free to ask. 24 hours notice is preferred.
